    So delicious!
I'm on a diet so I've been looking for healthy but still filling recipes to make. Everyone in my family loved this!
I made a homemade mango chutney because I didn't feel like buying one.

    This is what I used:
    1 medium apple, diced
    1 ripe mango, diced
1/4 large red bell pepper, diced
    1/3 large red onion, diced
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 TBS fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 TBS freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 TBS curry powder
    1/2 TSP nutmeg
    1/2 TSP cinnamon
    1/2 TSP salt
And just heat all ingredients over medium/low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then put in the refrigerator and store for up to two weeks.

I used whole wheat buns, lettuce, and goat cheese, which went SO well with the turkey burgers.

Amazing curry burgers Rach! These burgers tantalized my taste buds! I couldn't stop talking about how flavorful these burgers were! I used 1/4 tsp ground ginger in place of fresh & I used my frozen cilantro in place of the fresh, which defrosts in minutes, & topped them with cheddar cheese. I'd make these again & again. These will be a regular in my household!

These were delicious! I actually made them even more spectacular...here is what I did. I made them into sliders, put 1/2 slice swiss cheese on each side of the patty so they would stick together. I put all the grilled and assembled sliders into a large baking dish and drizzled a mixture over the top of the buns and refrigerated for several hours. Then baked the whole thing for 15 to 20 minutes to warm up and melt cheese. The mixture contains: 1 1/2 stick butter, 1 to 2 TBS prepared mustard, 2 TBS worchestire sauce, 4 TBS brown sugar. They were absolutely amazing!!!!!!! Squishy warm and soft bursting with flavor!

I thought this recipe was very flavorful and easy to make. I left out the scallions and did not make the mango chutney. It still was very good. I would make it again for a summer barbecue.

I was not a big fan but then again If you like curry this one is for you. I love just about all the burgers Rachael makes but this one was not my favorite. Try this recipe and judge for yourself. Who knows it might become your family favorite.

I am a college student and finding a variety of good things to eat on a budget is always a challenge. These were super easy to make and while I had to splurge a little for the curry and the chutney, I have been able to make this recipe several times using only one jar of each so in the end it really was not bad! Especially considering I get about 4 meals out of each batch :- I highly recommend this recipe!

We have been trying to find a yummy turkey burger recipe and this is it!!! So easy to make and even the kids loved them! I couldn't find mango chutney the first time around so I used mango pepper jelly which was just as good!!!! I highly recommend trying this. You will not regret it. The Thai Slaw was just as good. One of my boys does not like Cole Slaw and asked for seconds of this version. This is a must!!!!
