Have been looking for a tasty recipe of turkey burgers and this recipe was a great find. These are very flavorful and there are so many great toppings for them. All of RR's suggestions in the recipe are good, but if you have some sweet-spicy jelly (e.g. apricot-chipotle you can't beat the mix of flavors. This is worth a try- I will make these burgers again for sure.

These burgers are the best. I made them right after their first appearance on the RR show, one of her first shows I believe, and I thought certainly the recipe would ensure fame for her. My husband and son hesitated to try them because curry was in the recipe name, but after the first try-me bite, they were hooked as well as my daughter-in-law and I. There is really no curry taste, just a slight hint depending on how much you use, of course. I've made these for summer luncheons, football/basketball suppers, and smaller as cocktail fare using the new-fangled term sliders. Hmmmm....I haven't planned dinner yet. These are sounding just right!

I made this exactly as the recipe is written and it was delicious. I am not a fan of turkey in general but recognize the need to eat lighter so I've been trying ways to work it into our diet. This one was a hit at our house. We love Indian food so this was great; the chutney really adds a real flavor boost and complements the burger. The tomato kind of got lost in the strong taste of the curry. I made the slaw too and it was great also. I didn't have fresh basil so I used cilantro and some fresh mint which worked beautifully. I also increased the sugar by one teaspoon. Make sure to use the toasted sesame seeds -- they really do add the finishing touch.

I made the Curry Turkey Burgers the other night for myself, my husband and our 2 friends and there were no leftovers! Full of flavor, these burgers were a healthy hit! I don't have a grill so I actually "grilled" them on my panini maker - they turned out great!

These are the best burgers - with or without a bun. My kids love them and we have served to company as well. They are bursting with flavor. If I double the recipe I usually use half regular ground turkey and half white meat turkey.

There is practically no fat in this recipe, so typically turkey breast burgers are tasteless and resemble hospital food. These burgers are delish! The contrast of the spicy curry and the sweetness of the chutney is so flavorful and yummy. Because there is no fat they will fall apart on the grill, so oil it well and make sure you make the patties before hand and have them chilled in the freezer for a bit to help retain their shape.

The first time we tried these bugers we loved them ad then we thought they would make them into meatball ball appetizers. Just form them into meatballs the size of walnuts, fry up.
Pour chutey into fry pan ad heat until warmed. Serve with tooth pics. Tomatoes served with this sliced vertically make a nice addtion served in the sauce but not cooked. Serve with dry white wine or a ice cold beer.

This meal has become a favorite of my husband and me. I have developed heart disease and so am always on the lookout for healthy food that actually tastes good. This meal fits the bill. The burgers are moist and tasty. The slaw is the perfect accompaniment. I was able to find all the ingredients at my local grocery store. When I have all the ingredients handy, it's a quick meal to through together after work. We love it!!

you have to use the patak's to get the right amount of moisture. i went ahead and added an egg and some bread crumbs to act as glue to keep the patty together. absolutely delicious. great flavor, moist. turkey burgers never tasted so good.

I just piled the slaw on top of the patties and didn't even mess with the buns. It was great! Yeah, the burgers were a bit crumbly but it didn't bother me a bit because the flavor was great!
