The combo of the curry and veggies in this burger is so yummy, but when paired with the mango chutney, its over the top. We like to add a little low-fat mayo on the bun then top with the mango chutney --lettuce and tomato of course -- the mix of mayo and mango may sound odd but its fabulous! The Thai Slaw Salad is the perfect side dish, you don't even miss the fries. Not only is it healthy for you but super delicious as well.

At first I thought I wouldn't like it, but I decided to give them a try. They are sooooo flavorful and moist. Plus the Mango chutney compliments it so well. Perfect for a summer day. Will never throw out this recipe.

The slaw was delicious. I love the flavor of sesame oil.

The burgers cooked too fast on the outside, raw on the inside. I used a cast iron grill pan and an electric stove. I'm sure gas is better. The flavor wasn't bad though at all. Couldn't find the chutney.

I'm not a big ground turkey fan as it can tend to be bland. The curry in the recipe adds so much flavor! I'll definitely cook this again, and love the fact that it is low-fat and easy to prepare.

my boyfriend and i love dishes with curry- and this one is a new favorite- he has asked me to add it to the repeat list :
we made eggrolls for the side instead, and called them our "fries"
and used a sweet chili sauce as a condiment on the burgers- it was really great.

This dish tastes incredible! Everybody that has tried it has asked for the recipe. It's really easy to make. It's a nice and unexpected change from traditional burgers. I love it!

I enjoy many of Rachel Ray's recipes, however this is one was disappointment.
I followed it to the letter even, using the exact brands. My family did not care for the taste or texture of these.
