This recipe has so much flavor! It was easy to prepare and my family loved it. I made the slaw to go with, and it rocked too. I haven't found a "bad" recipe from Rachel yet, and have 2 of her books. It does take me more than 30 minutes, but so what.

I was shocked at how tasty this was considering it is ground turkey. It was over the top good! A real explosion of many layers of tantelizing and satisfying flavors.

What a great and easy recipe. These turkey burgers are anything but ordinary. The spices are different and make for a delicious, impressive use of ground turkey. I will definitely come back to this interesting and healthy recipe.

I made this last night and it was good, but not great. One nice thing about this meal is that it is obviously quite healthy. I will probably make it again for that reason, as my husband is on a diet and I am trying to make healthful meals.

I made the curry turkey burgers. The recipe was easy and tasted good but the burgers were dry and mealy. Do not think I will make these again.

What a way to spice up plain ground turkey! With the curry you can make it mild or spicy. We have these at least once a week. There great reheated.

Once I tried these burgers I could not stop making them. They are addictive. Some advice, its better with the curry paste.
Use the coarse salt and find out why chefs use it. Instead of salt through out the burger you get little bursts of salt here and there. Interesting flavors. If you like curry you'll really enjoy this recipe.
