This is a spectacular recipe and so easy. Lots of ingredients, but not too much fuss for what you get. These are great eaten on a whole-wheat, low carb wrap.

This has become a constant in my household. WE have it every few months and my daughter helps me make it. She loves it that much more when she is given a chance to help

I made this without the cilantro and bell peppers and added in some hot pepper flakes. It was great on a whole grain english muffin.

I make these in batches of 4 but omit the green onion (red onion and red pepper are still there The color and flavor makes this soooo yummy! I freeze 3 of them in sandwich bags to make it easy to grab for later for a quick lunch (just tossing it on the grill pan and I have had them almost daily in my "weight loss" regimen putting 1 tsp mango chutney on half of a bun and voila! Nice easy healthy lung that isn't too bad on the WW points or the figure but has AWESOME flavors!

Thank you Rachael! I LOVE YA!!

I loved making this. I'm 19 years old, and my sister and I cooked these for dinner one night, and it was so easy, and delicious. Now we make them every few months!

Don't hesitate, just make it...burgers and the slaw, BOTH. WOW, it's fabulous. They work together perfectly! A regular in this house!

I added an egg and some breadcrumbs to soften the turkey burger. Very good. Everyone liked the flavor of these burgers.

I only tried the Thai Slaw Salad recipe, but I will be sure to try the burgers later. The slaw was AWESOME! My husband and I loved it, and I plan on making it for a potluck coming up.

My family is not big on curry..but, the slaw recipe intrigued me. I made the slaw and got requests for making it another time. Very tastey!
