Given all the great reviews I had high expectations for these burgers. I was disappointed though. I made them exactly per the recipe - although smaller - and just thought they were ok. Not great - probably won't make again.

I love these burgers!! I don't usually do the mod salad with it, although I do top them with spinach and the sauce. Kids love them and they never last long around our house. I also use the recipe to make meatballs with the caper-dill sauce as a dip for them. Just as yummy! I often omit the mushrooms since I do not like mushrooms with no loss of flavor or moisture. Highly recommend for a casual dinner party!

This was so easy to make, and delicious! The havarti with dill is my new favorite cheese! We decided we want this at least once a week!

30 minutes, from start to finish. Tasty and easy to make. I will make this for my family again!

...with ground white meat turkey instead, and melted Havarti on top. The cheese kind of ran out of the burgers in the pan, like a few other people mentioned here. Great flavor combinations, just needs a little tweaking for my own personal taste.

The burgers are so good. Very different and better for you than beef. I made half the recipe for two.

This meal was pretty quick and easy to make. The sauce was delicious and a perfect topping for the burgers. Also, its so simple to substitute or eliminate certain ingredients according to your personal preference.

This recipe was easy to follow and the ingredients were easy to find! My husband and I saw the show and went out and bought the stuff and made it!

I tried it with pork instead of chicken. It needs more seasoning because it was a bit bland. The sauce was good, and the cheese was a good add on. Maybe add a bit more thyme salt and pepper if you use pork instead of chicken.
