I've always wanted to try a burger made with meat other than beef and was excited to try this one. Much to my delight, this was a winner!!! Personally, I probably would have diced the cheese a little more finely for it to melt more evenly, but otherwise I was pleased. This is coming from an AVID beef eater!!

We loved these! I did the prep work (actually made the chicken mixture and the sourcream/caper/dill sauce in the morning before work. By the time we got home, everything had seasoned through nicely and it took less than 15 minutes to have it all on the table. Onion topped buns were a good match for these burgers. We had ripe melon and prosciutto as a side. Delicious!

Tonight for dinner we made this meal. My Husband has been refusing to eat any Chicken or Turkey burgers. 3 weeks ago my husband got very bad news from the Dr. Lets just say his way of eating has now changed. He ate the burger and liked it. The salad however was not a big hit. I will say The burger will definately will be made again. Thanks Rachael!!

We're not used to some of those strong flavors so it didn't go over very well. Won't make it again. If you like Dill flavoring, you may enjoy it. It was quite strong.

I made them that night and BOY! were they ever delicious. We are trying to eat less red meat and this is a great treat. Thanks for the recipe.
