I made the burgers without the sauce and the salad, and they were so good. It's a nice twist on both chicken and a traditional burger.

Very good burgers. I substituted ground turkey for the ground chicken and they turned out fabulous. Can be eaten without the bun because they are full of flavor.

Delicious and easy. I had plain mozzarella on hand instead of Havarti cheese. I diced that and then tossed in some dried dill. The herb caper sauce was delicious. Delicious, filling and easy weekenight meal.

Though I'm a little tired of burgers, I thought that I would give this a try. The burgers fall apart and the whole dish doesn't taste very good together. I was sorry that I wasted the (many calories trying to eat this. The sauce would be good over grilled salmon, however, and much more healthful.

Excellent. My husband loves it. Tasty, moist and easy. Will never make a burger with beef again.

These burgers were very flavorful even without the caper sauce. Go easy on the "drizzle" of EVOO though. If you're not careful with it the burgers get a little to mushy, and fall apart.

I saw Rachel make these recently and had to try them. They were pretty good. They had some flavors that I don't often have and it was nice to have something different for a change. I'd probably make them again, not regularly, but maybe a few times a year. From what I remember on the show, she put the tomatoes on the burgers, not in the salad as in this recipe. I put them on the burgers too.

I have always had success with Rachel Ray but this did not work at all!!! The patties did not hold together, they stuck to the pan and all of the cheese melted out. The taste was good and I will try them again but this time with modifications.
