I have always had success with Rachel Ray but this did not work at all!!! The patties did not hold together, they stuck to the pan and all of the cheese melted out. The taste was good and I will try them again but this time with modifications.

So easy and simple. Didn't make them so big, so there will be plenty for tomorrow. A great alternative to the regular burger and not so heavy. Even my boyfriend the big burger eater loved it!! Salad was simply enjoyable

Again, my picky husband loved this burger. He is a beef man, and this was a great cure for his "hamburger" craving.

I made this for a last minute supper get-together and it was a big hit. Rather than the Mod Salad, I used the spinach, tomatoes & red onions for the burgers and turned that into a salad w/added radishes & endives. The burgers were huge and the whole thing was a satisfying, yet light meal. Will definately use this one again.

This dish was so different than what I usually make for dinner. I am not crazy about burgers, so this new twist was surprisingly delicious.

This recipe actually took me about 35 minutes to make - as I'm not quite as proficient as Rachel in the chopping department. The flavor of the burger was amazing and left the family quite satisfied. I was ordered to make this one again!

As Rachel would say, "Yummo!" This was quick and easy and very tasty!
