This sandwich was pretty good. I think if I make it again in the future, I would put butter on the outside of the bread instead of egg. The egg bath made the sandwich mushy, it needed a little bit of a bite to it. The dijon ended up tasting like horseradish too, not sure why..

We love the sweet and savory combo in this recipe! Even my 2 year old devours these! Very easy to make and totally delicious!

This was sooooooo good! I came home one night after a very bad day, I was tired and ready to dive into the gallon of ice cream, but instead I made this. Wow, this was just what I needed. I loved the blending of sweet and savory. I will be making this all of the time. The good thing about this too is you can come up with your own combos. Thanks again Rach for a great recipe, that saved me from diving into the ice cream too!!

Like Rachel says, it's a method. So keeping that in mind I made ours with Roast Beef and Turkey and my mustard mix was Horseradish Mustard with Black Cherry All Fruit. Mmmm mmmm good! Thanks Rach! We will have it again!

I made this right after I saw the show for lunch! Sooo yummy. Can't wait to make a bunch of different varieties. Love the "BLD" idea!!! I made mine with white american cheese, oven roasted turkey, and salami with mustard. DELISH!
