Made this for dinner tonight! Hubby loved it! Crispy, tender, spicy and oh so yummy! Definitely into the double dipping, it just adds more crispiness! Even my toddler ate it which was surprising!

I made this tonite for dinner, using bnls, sknls thighs. It very juicy and the coating was great.I marinated the chicken in the buttermilk along with hot sauce and seasoned the flour with s&p,poultry seasoning, and cayane pepper, I don't like allspice. It wasn't as spicy as we like and it was a tad to salty. I will make again adding more seasoning, and maybe marinate it in the hot sauce overnight and the the buttermilk for about an hour. Overall it was pretty good.

I love, love, love this recipe. It it so versatile. I mix up the spices for whatever I'm in the mood for--Mexican, Asian, traditional . The double-dipping makes the chicken so crispy--just like it had skin. I only use chicken tenders because my family only likes white meat. Great hot or cold. This is a standard go to meal for our family.

I just watched the episode where Rachel made these tenders. One part they don't mention on the recipe is that when Rachel mixed the spice's together and BEFORE she mixed it into the flour she took half of the mixed spices and put it right on the raw chicken and the other half of the spice mixture she put into the flour. This might help the people who thought the chicken was bland. So just to reiterate, put half of the spice mixture onto the raw chicken and the other half into the flour. Hope this helps.

I made these for my son who loves a good spicy chicken sandwich. We found no heat though with only the 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne. Next time I will add 1 teaspoon.

    Thank you!

Not as spicy or as great tasting as I thought it would be. But, sooooo easy to make and may be really good on a salad for later.

Taste- juicy, tasty, not plain ole chicken...mmm good. Could have been spicier for our tastes.
Preparation- a 30 minute meal, followed the directions to a 'T' even used the bag technique.
Presentation- only had the chicken breasts...slightly larger but worked for us.
