I did not have scallions but the red onion worked out perfectly. Mixed some regular milk with the mashed potatoes and butter and made it extra tastier.

Had some potatoes I needed to use, this was a great Saturday night nibble for me and my family, super easy and tasty, I tried with greek yogurt...it was FABULOUS! This is a keeper!

This was so amazingly delicious!!! Must try. I made it on the side with garlic marinated steak, and my husband loved it! It's a quick and easy recipe. Must try. I think I used a little more sour cream than called for, but only because my potatoes were huge. I also didn't put any oil in the pan when cooking the bacon because it already has so much of its own oil.

Got a good deal on russets so decided to try. My son made them up, was not disapointed came out great. We baked ours at 450 for an hour. Nothing exotic real simple, if you've got a taste for skins try this one.

This was the first time I ever made these. They were a big hit at my house. I use more bacon and cheese because my husband and kids are bacon and cheese crazy. I've never been good with microwaving potatos, but at last, it worked for me.

That's what my husband said and that pretty much says it all. Super good!

These potatoes are so easy and delicious. (Hard to go wrong with bacon and cheese in a potato! And they're not just for kids...the guys loved them for poker night!

Very yummy, quick and cost-efficient! I doubled the bacon because hubby and I love bacon. It was great! I will definitely make it again.

Pretty good but not outstanding. I thought they were a little on the dry side. I followed directions to the letter. Served with grilled steak and fresh broccoli.
