Awesome! Followed the recipe exactly. Loved by all! I even made them twice, so my mom could try them and adored this dessert.

This was the easiest and most delicious baked apple I have ever had! I only made one apple... wanted to test it out and I wish I had made all four just for me! I added lemon zest in with the filling and it added just a little special touch! As Rachael Ray would say "Yummo!"

I made these one night for my boyfriend. With just the two of us I rarely make dessert but these individual sized baked apples worked perfect. I served them in a large martini glass with a small scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and garnished with whip cream and sprinkles of cinnamon. It was beautiful, delicious and so quick and easy to make! Oh did I mention I also added a few chopped cranberries in the stuffing mixture also!

I made this recipe last night, but cut down the recipe to just make 2. I also didn't have muesli so I just used steal cut oats. It was very good! Although next time I think I would use more butter (the stuffing got a bit burnt and I cooked it on a cookie sheet and the skins fell off the apple (which surprised me!-lol. But overall I liked it and would make it again with a few tweaks!! My fiance and I both ate every last bite with some vanilla ice cream!
