This recipe was a little too thick for me. It would have been better if it dripped like normal fondue. Also, it definitely was creamier than what I have tried before; probably the cream cheese. Otherwise, definitely worth a try to see if it meets your taste buds.

I made recipe as an appetizer prior to the rest of the fondue meal. Made exactly as described and served with pretzel bread, thin sliced Asiago Baguette and pretzel crisps. Was a big hit!

This was a cinch to make and very easy - I'm guessing the only trick is to make sure you have the proper temperature on the fondue pot. Jamieson went nuts on this one! He loved it.

tasted pretty good, but had a hard time getting cream cheese to melt into a smooth enough consistancy. More of a cheese dip than a fondue.

I don't know if I'd call this "easy," but it WAS good. You can use champagne instead of sherry if you want... Cutting it with milk or half & half dilutes the flavor. The potatoes & asparagus are the best & the chives look nice sprinkled on the potatoes. Great hit at the party!

This is an awesome fondue and is so easy to make. We like to cut up some turkey polska kielbasa and some pre-cooked beef sirloin cubes for dipping. It's a whole meal in itself (and for the two of us, there's always leftovers for lunch the next day!

Easy and yummy fondue. For the second batch I used a dry Chardonnay and added a touch of garlic. It was even better than the first!
My kids love to dip apples in the cheese fondue for a snack.
