I made this recipe for an adult dinner party. With name brand instant lemon pudding. It tasted like instant pudding with whip cream. I would not call this Mousse - or even suggest that it would pass for mousse. It was not worth serving. I went out and purchased a dessert at the last minute. This might be OK for kids who lie pudding, but, I'm sorry, though it is very easy and quick to make this is not a 5 star dessert.

I've done this twice and it was a hit - and easy to do. You can cut the recipe in half for a smaller crowd (like 4 people. This makes a LOT - for 8 big eaters, or 10 smaller eaters.
What I do to kick it up a notch is to put in the grated zest of 1 or 2 lemons for extra lemon flavor. Berries are good with this, or also a bit of finely grated chocolate on the top.

My silly boyfriend bought jello instead of pudding so I had to try it with chocolate. It turned out fantastic! Very easy. It's rich though, so eat slowly.

I made this a couple of weeks ago and my wife and daughter loved it. I got to thinking -- why can't I make this with choc. pudding too ? Guess what? That works great also.
