What a great way to add vegetables and use up leftover meat. Love this dish. This receipe is nice and flexible so I used shredded beets carrots and mushrooms and peas. I had some hawaiin seasoning around and used that in the sauce and pancake. Yummy

Super simple, I used regular soy sauce, and just onions, garlic and lots of bean sprouts, so very little prep. It tasted better than the egg foo young at any Chinese place!

EXCELLENT! Try chinese bbq pork :} ... modify types of veggies to your liking (or to go with whatever meat you choose. Sauce is ok to my liking - will reduce soy to 1 Tbsp next time or create my own....

This hit the mark for something tasty, different and family-friendly. I was rushing to prep egg mixture before heading out to football practice. I have founfd that RR's meals usually do clock in close to 30 minutes, but I was not organized enough at the start of this preparation so it took me a little longer (e.g. I didn't have pre-shredded carrots / I used left over roast chicken thighs that I needed to slice the meat off of. But just the fact that I had everything on hand and it was the three things I mentioned above, this has been saved to the recipe box. The noodles were basically no cook but I will adjust the amount of honey next time.. They were a bit too sweet for my liking. And the sauce seemed extremely salty, but I think I reduced it too much. And, once it was spread on the egg foo young it wasn't bad. Keeper.

I love shrimp egg foo young. Rachel Ray did a great job. My wife added shrimp to the egg fu young and cooked a side of steamed rice. Close to take-out without all the grease. Thank you Rachel Ray for adding this recipe. Let me when you post shrimp with lober sauce :
