I made this for New Year's Eve, and it was very popular. The dish is delicious--though definitely better fresh than chilled. The cleanup was rather painful, though, unless you are using a super non-stick muffin tin. I was not, and spent a looong time trying to get all the custardy bits off the pan. You might want to try silicone-lined muffin cups.

This bread pudding was way too sweet for my taste. I would only add 1/4 cup sugar, if that, as the panettone itself is sweet. Other than that, the texture was great and it came together and baked very quickly.

This a wonderfully delicious recipe. The panettone give he bread pudding a unique and scrumptious flavor. It was a hit with my family for Christmas Eve dinner. Everyone really enjoyed it. It was also an easy recipe to make. It was my first time making bread pudding and it came out perfect. The recipe was easy to follow. This recipe is a keeper and will be a part of our Christmas tradition.

love this recipe. Be aware that Rachel appears to be using a 2.2 pound loaf for this recipe so if you have a 1.1 pound loaf, you need to use the whole loaf instead of half.

The flavor and texture were ok. I don't think it should have the word "eggnog" in the title, because it doesn't taste like it.

It was pretty easy. I don't think I am a fan on Panettone bread. it seemed way too dry. I think with some muffins, or a baguette type bread the recipe could be real good. The eggnog mixture was very yummy.
