This was a perfect Christmas desert...so delicious and just the right size. I made it as Rachel did on TV and did not at the rum to the eggnog custard. My kids don't care for the flavor (and that's a good thing, so I sprinkled it over the top of the individul puddings before I topped them with whipped cream. So yummy, (I mean, Yumm-O! this will definately become part of my desert repertoire.

This recipe was excellent! Absolutely loved it! Panettone is hard to find where I'm from, but it was worth the hunt!

I made this for my Christmas Eve party last year and didn't think I saved the recipe. Luckily for me, I did. This dish went before the main course and unfortunately for me, I only made one batch. This year, I will be making six batches so that I can feed everyone at the party and have leftovers.
If you want your guests to think you are a supreme baker, or just a superior host, definitely serve this one. Easy to make for the host and everyone will ask you for the recipe!!!

Since the ingredients were so similar to making French Toast, I went that route with this recipe instead of the bread pudding. It was a delicious twist on a family favorite.

This bread pudding recipe was so easy to make and eat. Making it in individual muffin cups makes it so easy to serve and eat. I thought the taste was excellent. This is definetly a keeper for me.
