This is a really easy, quick & tasty recipe. Using the muffin tin is genius! Took this to an office holiday brunch and it was a hit.

Great recipe. The hardest part is finding fresh panettone (especially in Georgia
If you live anywhere besides New York and can not go into little Italy, you need to make your own panettone. The difference between real panettone and shelf bought is by far 100%.

We had this for dessert at a pre-Christmas dinner. My mother-in-law made it with Hawaiian bread. It was delicious...not too sweet. It was topped off with a fat-free 1/2 1/2. My only complaint is that the servings are small. I plan to make this again.

This is one of the very best types of Bread Pudding I have ever had the pleasure of eating and I am not a real Bread Pudding fan. It is easy to make and easier to eat. Everyone that like or even those who do not like Bread Pudding should try this simple recipe.
