    this brownies recipe is awesomeeeee!!!! so easy but everyone keeps asking me to make them for their parties! i add a little extra coffee liquor!

    I liked these so much! I helped my younger sister to make them and they came out perfect. I find that Rachel Ray finds so many amazing recipes, this being just one of them!

    I tried this recipe for the first time today. Not bad, but a couple of pointers:

    1. Even at the temp. specified in the recipe, the brownies still took a while to get done. I had to bake them an extra 8-10 minutes.

    2. the coffee flavor is there, but it's not as strong as I thought, although I admit I had no coffe liquer on hand, so I had to omit that from the recipe.

    Still prep time was pretty quick and the results are still pretty tasty.

    I LOVE chocolate covered expresso beans and i love brownies. These brwonies are the best of both worlds! So simple, but it definately kicks up plain brownies.

    My family and I love these. I do use ground coffee beans but if I am in a pinch, I'll use instant coffee and they still turn out great every time.

    Very tasty brownine concoction.
    Reccommend using the coffee liqueur for sure, along w/ the ground coffee beans. That seems to REALLY bring out the great taste.
