Very easy to make with a ton of flavor and the perfect amount of heat.

This is my fiance's and his brother's favorite meal ever! The flavor is incredible! I add a habenero pepper to this to make it a lil' extra spicy! One of the best jambalaya's I've EVER had.

This is honestly the best Jambalaya I've made. To make it less soupy, add a bit more flour, also make sure to use diced chicken thighs, not breast as the breast will become too dry and rubbery.
Awesome!

This dish pleased our entire family. You really can't go wrong with this recipe. I served it with brown rice and I agree with the other comments, the longer this simmers the better!

My family loves this Jambalaya and I actually combine this recipe with one in Rachel's 30-Minute Get Real Meals cookbook called "Cajun Jumble-laya Stoup" which includes okra, and more hot sauce. This is wonderful and hearty especially on a cold day!

I make this at least twice a month and my husband absolutely loves it! The only thing that I do differently is I add extra chicken (because I don't care for shrimp, spicy kielbasa, and a larger can of diced tomatos for extra sauce. The leftovers are even better the next day and always get eaten.

I made this on Fat Tuesday and it was a big hit. I added an extra can of tomatoes, one of broth and a few extra veggies to stretch it out a bit. I also used turkey sausage to make it a little healthier. I left out the shrimp to please my non-seafood eating friends and all were happy! Great recipe, thanks Rachael!

This was excellent and full of flavor. I used andouille flavored chicken sausage to make it a little healtier and it was a perfect substitute. The prep is easy and the result is a hearty, flavorful & nutritious meal with some great flavor. If you love spicy food like I do, you can adjust the seasonings and spice to your liking. I'll be making this dish regularly.

Everything Jambalaya is a very easy dish to make and it is full of a lot of good flavor. We all enjoyed it and went back for seconds.
