This recipe was very good. Lots of taste and extremely easy to make. I love Rachael's dishes you get to try a large variety without alot of effort. Keep up the good work Rachael, and don't let detractors get you down. Your meals are the best!!

This recipe was pretty tasty. Don't let the negative review scare you away from this one. I'm sorry, but the reviewer "Kathryn" is just plain mean. I read her review for the Corn Chowder and just because you don't like the recipe doesn't mean you have the right to attack her. I love Rachel Ray and the food she cooks is fast and easy. Yeah, sometimes the meals probably aren't the healthiest but I doubt YOU cook healthy meals all the time, either. Maybe instead of taking Rachel Ray off the air, "Kathryn" should stop watching/writing reviews!

What's wrong Rachael? Couldn't find asian noodles in your local grocery store? Next time try shopping at an Asian market when preparing a dish like this. Udon noodles are what you need, not spaghetti noodles! Didn't they teach you that at cooking school?Udon noodles are made of wheat and tend to be thick and chewy in texture. This wide noodle looks a lot like fettuccine and is often used in Lo Mein and Chow Mein recipes. By the way, I'm the person who posted the review titled NASTY on the review for Crab Corn Mac & Cheese slop. I didn't know it was required to display my name & city. But I will from now on!

I made some modifications on this receipe. I did not use the pork or chicken because I wanted a vegetarian dish. The dish really lacked much taste even with what I thought would be a strong sauce. While the dish was not bad I would not make it again.

I saw this on TV this afternoon and went to the grocery store to get the ingredients an hour later. It was awesome! VERY flavorful - the ginger and hoisin sauce add a ton of good dimension to it. I used actual lo-mein noodles instead of spaghetti, but I'm sure it would be great no matter what noodles are used.

THis one is a keeper - and can easily be made vegetarian for our veggie friends!

    Thanks Rachel...
