These were sooo delicious! I read the previous reviews and cut the seasoning in half and added a dash of low sodium soy sauce and minced jalp peppers to the Salmon.... Very good

These burgers were absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! Very tasty, lots of flavor. I added avocados and good pickles along with all the suggested fixings and it was great!! My husband kept raving about it: Thank you so much Rachel another home run!.....quick precaution: ive never ground salmon like that so i was very skeptical the patties would 'keep' because of how much natural oil the fish has but they stayed just fine. Wonderful recipe will definitely be making again <3

What a surprise...really good. The cream sauce was much better 2 days old.
Tip: Make the cream dressing a couple of days ahead to blend flavors
Tip: Salmon must be fresh. Same for the dill. Incredible flavor.
Tip: Thin sliced red onion and tomato. A little goes a long way.
Tip: Fresh French baguette make a wonderful bun.

I added 1/2 tablespoon of red chili flakes (not enough as I prefer it spicy and un-seasoned bread crumbs. The salmon patty was tasty (will add more chilli flakes next time. I was not a fan of Sour cream-cream cheese dressing...........to thick and detracted from the salmon patty flavor. Next time will substitute with a little Garlic mayo. Also added Arugula and kaiser roll..........those fit nicely. Will defintely try again.

I used leftover cooked salmon so I cooked the burger for a shorter time. The cream cheese/sour cream spread was terrific. Lettuce, pickle, cheese topping made this a new favorite.

Nice alternative to simply grilling a pierce of salmon. I've put these on the outside grill too. I usually skip the bun too. The kids even like it, especially when they help me make the sour cream-cheese sause. YUM!

They were pretty good, but I thought the salmon got lost a little in all the seasoning. Mine benefited from a little squirt of lemon too.
