this slaw is so fantastic that I register to foodnetwork to be able to leave here the review - it's really very, VERY good, no it's fantastic!
my family members are not Fennel nor Celery fans - but this recipe somehow changed their minds :- I was asked why I made just one bowl...

This came out amazing!! Very crisp and refreshing. I added Radicchio that I had in my farm basket and made it even better! Also, didn't have a shallot so I just small piece of red onion and that worked just as great! All in all will definitely continue to make this yummy dish!! Thanks RR!

wow! this is so cool, crisp and refreshing. the pistachio's make the dish. i couldn't stop eating it. I didn't have any white balsamic vinegar on hand so i used white wine vinegar. i will definitely make it again. great way to impress the friends and family.
