    I prepared this meal for the family and everyone loved it big time, even the little picky eaters. It did make a lot more than I expected it to, and it should be eaten right away. It was really easy! Go Rachel Ray!!

    I made this twice. The first time 1lb of Penne was too much for the amount of sauce and the noodles were not covered well. The second time, I made with the refigerated/fresh 9 oz Linguine pasta from the cheese/lunchmeat section of the grocery store. It coated much better. I topped with grilled salmon and that complimented the saltiness of the sauce well. Will make again. Yum.

    I made this dish for supper the other night and my fiance and I just loved it! It was so fast and easy to make. I really loved the salty taste of the prosciutto in the creamy pasta. I will be cooking this dish for a very long time!
