The flavors fell a little flat for me. Needs an acid, I would try adding lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to the dish.

Me and my husband love it, we wanted something different to try with pasta and it came so delicious, first time I replace the red pepper with green pepper because I didn't have it but it came so good anyway, thanks Rachael because you make me creative...

I am a huge fan of Rachel's but this pasta dish was much too plain for my family. Not much flavor at all, really. Love the veggies but it's misshing something - maybe feta, olives or something punchy to spice it up.

I am eating it right now, and its pretty tasty.. The only changes I made to the recipe is adding a little bit of oregano, cayenne pepper, and julienne carrots. Next time I will try it with wheat pasta!

My neighbor and I are always trading dishes we enjoyed. This one really made a hit and we shared with another neighbor who asked if we ever make it again to remember him.

When I saw Rachael Ray make this dish my mouth started watering, I had to go out right away to the store to get the stuff to make it. I added cherry tomatoes, and parmersen cheese. I loved all the veggies that this dish had in it. Thank you so much Rachael Ray for this recipe....

Easy to make; easy to eat! The only thing I changed was that I used whole wheat fettucini. I will make this again!

thank you so much for doing this vegetarian show. it's so hard to find meals that are vegetarian for me, yet so delicious and beautiful for my friends too. i made this the same week i saw you do it, hoping for the best, and you blew me away. it was amazing!!! and my husband is hard to please because he is an italian restaurant owner and chef. thank you so much, i got the eeewwwsss and ahhhhs as i brought the huge plate of pasta out. no one missed the meat! i can't believe how creamy it was with just the pasta cooking water. and so healthy. next time i will make it with whole wheat pasta for sure! thanks so much.
