This was simple and easy. My peaches were not too ripe so I cooked them a little longer. I only used two shots of whiskey. YUMMY!!

Rachel always makes cooking look so easy and this recipe is even easier than it looks on television! It was super quick and fun to make. It is definitely one of the best peach dishes that I have ever had. I loved every bite!

I finally did it- and wow! My husband was thrilled with this dessert, and now I have the confidence to do more flambe desserts! Who knew that setting peaches on fire could be so tasty???

This is an excellent dessert! We've made it several times and tonight tried it with Mango...still VERY good but a little better with peaches. Here's a tip: Unless you have ROCK HARD SOLID ice cream, let it cool for 10 minutes before putting over the ice cream. Otherwise you'll have a nice peachy soup.

oh my gosh this was one of the most fantastic dessert dishes i have EVER tasted in my life. the spicy sweet peaches accented the ice cream PERFECTLY!
