I do a ton of holiday baking and this is a very simple, delicous recipe that literally brings them back for more. I've changed the flavors around a bit and it still tasted great.

This fudge turns out great every time. I sometimes substitute marshmallows, or other candies for the currants and walnuts. Makes a great hostess gift, and a great gift for teachers.

The easiest way to remove the fudge is to line an 8" square pan (butteredwith parchment paper letting it overlap about 3 or 4 inches on each side. You will only need to run a knife along the 2 sides of fudge that touch the pan. Sorry this will not work for the wreath.

I can't believe how great this turned out. It's even easy to make.I used the semi-sweet chips and the new Nestle Chocolatier "Dark Chocolate" pieces. I omitted the butterscotch morsels. It is so good. I can't stop eating it. I'm in heaven. This will be great for Christmas gifts. Just in time!

This is the easiest recipe and people love it...I have been making it for gifts at Christmas for 2 years now and it's so well received I now give the recipe with it.

If you don't like nuts or anything in it just omit it and it's still perfect!!
