Easy and good fudge eatin'. My only complaint is it was difficult getting the can out from the middle of the wreath and my fudge didn't set fast enough. Maybe I did something wrong?

So easy and so good, you do need to work fast though, have everything opened and ready to work with. I made it with semi sweet chocolate morsels and butterstoch with walnuts. Mine did stick to the bottom of the baking dish so I allowed it to sit for a few minutes then I cut into individual squares and wrapped them up in plastic wrap and put them back in the fridge to enjoy later. I will make this again but for a gathering so that I won't be tempted to eat too much of it.

This is one of the easiest and best tasting recipes I have ever tried. The creaminess of the fudge is the best part. It is the first dessert to go when I have taken it to parties. Thanks, Rachel, for the great recipe.

My family loves Rachael's fudge wreath. However, I was having trouble getting it out of the pan after it got hard. I decided to use a cheese cloth and cover it with powder sugar and coconut. I now make the fudge in a log and roll it it the coconut and powder sugar. It's to die for! You can use a dish towel instead of a cheese cloth if you want. Doing it this way makes a lot of logs. After it gets hard wrap in was paper or plastic wrap.

Been married 45+ years and have made many variations of fudges. My guy says he likes this better than any of them. He also says he likes it much better than any candy shop fudge. Ms Rachel Ray has a winner here and a great time saver for us "pot bangers".
