This recipe was a real hit with all of my family and friends this holiday. It was so easy to make. I made another batch with white chocolate instead of butterscotch and it was even better!

With a broke arm and foot my Christmas gifts weren't going to happen. I couldn't even shop, what little I do..
My husband went to the store, got what we needed for the fudge AND WE had gifts. The grandkids, our kids, family and friends really enjoyed it. Plus it was home made and WE had time together. The cost is HIGH, but we made smaller wreaths. One recipe made 4 little wreaths. Now everyone whats fudge for everything. I've made it for Birthdays and added other stuff, what people like. Coconut, peanut butter, nuts, etc. I hope everyone will try this. Our great THANKS goes to Racheal-SHE'S WONDERFUL!!!

I made this several times. I usually doubled the recipe and put it in a 9 x 13 pan and put a cherry on top of each piece. I took it to work and to a few parties and everyone loved it. They could not believe it was so quick. I did mine in the microwave. I just heated the milk for 3 minutes at a time until it was hot enough to melt the chocolate and if it started to become too thick before I had it all mixed I just put it back in the microwave for a minute and it became soft again. This was the easiest and best recipe I think I have ever tried. Way to go Rachel!

Thank you so much Rachael for this very quick and delicious fudge recipe. It was such a time saver, I had time to make it for my soldier friends overseas, my neighbors, Christmas gatherings and New Years Eve. So many people tasted it and loved it! They asked what was the special taste? It was probably the butterscotch morsels that added another taste dimension. I made the fudge without currants and with lots of walnuts, poured it into square pans and then cut it into small squares because it is so rich. No more long hours making traditional fudge. Everyone looks to me to bring the fudge, but my time was so limited this year. You are a life saver! The fudge is not only quick and easy but tastes like I spent hours! I can't thank you enough!

I was stunned how quick this fudge came together. It was delicious - the butterscotch chips really gave it a nice buttery flavor. My whole family loved it! And what's better, it was so inexpensive to make. I highly recommend this one.
