I made this recipe and liked it but my boys wanted a plain fudge. I subsituted the butterscotch chips with peanut butter and just added nuts. It turned out wonderful. I also make this with toffee chips sometimes also. I make different varieties of this fudge for extra Christmas presents.

I made this fudge and entered it in the county fair and it won a blue ribbon. People can't get enough of it.

This is the easiest fudge recipe ever! We make it every year and it's such a hit at parties and holiday gatherings. And the ingredients are usually found in your pantry. It's so simple. LOVE IT!

Just as promised, this fudge tastes exactly like a chunky bar! Every time I make this, I am always asked for the recipe. It is the best, and looks good too! Makes for a great homemade gift.

I made smaller wreaths last year as gifts. I also made some substituting white chocolate, pecans and craisins. Everyone loved both versions and said it was the best fudge they had every tasted. I plan to make it every year for my office, neighbors ,etc. And of course for my family. I just used small bowls that I sprayed with PAM and I put a small class wrapped in platic wrap in the center. They turned out great and I think I got twice as many gifts out of each batch.
I love watching Rachael Ray in the evenings when I get home from work. She has some terrific 30 minute meals, although they seem to take me slightly longer to prepare.
Thanks Racheal for my new Christmas Tradition!!

I made this recipe for the first time in Dec. 2006, after watching Rachel Ray on the Oprah show. I made it as part of a Christmas dessert bag I gave friends and family, and people asked for more! I altered the recipe for people who didn't like currants, etc. It's so easy to do - you can make it with butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, different nuts, dried fruits, and different extracts!

I made it last Christmas but did not make it as a wreath. I also tried using different nuts since I had friends that could only eat certain kinds of nuts. It was great with macadamia nuts, pastachios or pecans in place of walnuts in the original recipe. So easy even I could make it. People were very surprised when I actually brought something I had made and they all LOVED it. The recipe goes a long way too since it is so rich. Very good gift for most anyone. Highly recommend.....:o

This was so easy to make and tastes great too! It's perfect for those last minute emergencies, like when the kids forget to tell you they need to bring something for a school party.
