These are great! I've never made the white sauce for them. I always make a marinara to pour over the top when they are done and they are superb. A great go-to dinner for the weekdays served up w/ a small salad and some whole wheat pasta.

Love the meatballs, different from the traditional italian one's I always make. The sauce tastes fantastic, although all the provolone cheese in it concerns me calorie/fat wise. I'm making it for a family function this weekend, I'm sure it will be a big hit!

Never crazy for ground turkey but this dish changed my mind. Loved the meatballs and the sauce . I will make again, even for company! Thanks RR

These just didn't have the flavor I had expected. They were easy to make and I loved the ingredients.

I made these for a going away party for a friend of mine and everyone gave them funny looks because they were green and then even funnier looks because i told them the green was spinach!! I was surprised to see however that once one or two people started eating them they went very quickly. Everyone loved them!! I make them at home for the kids and they think they're the best. They call them "freaky meatballs" cause of all the green.

I liked this dish. it was very satisfying! although, the cheese sauce may have been lacking in flavor, but still very good.

This was so easy to make and super delicious. My husband liked them so much that the next time I doubled the recipe and froze half for lunches and sandwiches.
