    Easy, practical recipie. The Dry Sherry is a MUST with the beef broth. It is the single most practical, easy & tasty recipie I've come across in years when used with the Beef Consomme & Sherry.
    Great with Prime Rib served under any method.

    I love french dip on christmas eve. It's so easy and wonderful to eat. This is our tradition and this au jus is much better then the packaged stuff. WOW!

    I cooked this for my wife. She said it tasted just like the french dip she eats at a nice cafe we frequent. Very easy!! Can't wait to eat again!

    This is so yummy and so easy. You won't be able to stop eating! I put provolone cheese on top and melted under the broiler. You won't find a better tasting sandwich...even in a restaurant.
