I liked this salad dressing very much. I used only 1/3 cup oil...I think 1/2 is just too, too much. I would even cut it back to only 1/4 cup next time. Also, mine was a bit too thick and I added 1/4 cup water. It was wonderful and tangy, a unique taste to spice up an ordinary salad. I'm going to try it with Splenda next time to lighten it up a bit more. Oh, and I didn't bother to grate the onion. I loaded it all up in the blender and by the time it was pulsed a few times, there were no bits or pieces of onion...it was nice and smooth. Enjoy!

This was very tangy great texture, great color, very good taste It was a little too much kick I will use a little less vinegar next time, and I think my goya evo did not do it justice either. Odor was a little much on the white wine vinegar side. Overall very good...

My 7 year old loved it.

Mom would make homemade french dressing for a spinach salad that she served. Unfortunately she died before I was old enough to find out her secret recipes. I have been trying to find one that is close to hers, and yours is the closest I have found. Thank you!!

This salad/dressing are very easy to prep. My 7 yr. old made the dressing. We all liked the flavor. Even my 3 yr. old gobbled it up (minus the scallions, of course!

Didn't like the heavy onion after taste. Will probably make it without so much onion next time.
