I made this dip for the Superbowl and my guests just loved it! In fact, I had three guests ask me for the recipe. I let them know I couldn't take credit for it, but that they too could vistit 30 minute meals online to get it.

Thanks for such a wonderful party hit!

I love Rachel, but this tastes very bland. I think it needs a lot of tweaking.

I thought it was full of onion flavor!! and with the beef cube and worcestershire sauce it had Tons of flavor.. (I don't know if I would add the cream cheese again, just because mine was a little too chunkyBut nobody minded.
Definate nicer alternative to soup mix.

This dip was a disappointment. There was absolutely no onion taste to it. All we were able to taste was the cream cheese and sour cream. You are much better off trying Alton Brown's onion dip. That one was delicious.

Don't know if I did something wrong, but I also ended up throwing this away. Cooking the onions made them too sweet for a chip dip.

I made this recipe for my Superbowl party. It was easy and a huge hit with our friends. My husband won't let me purchase pre-made dip anymore because this was so good!

I made this with the thick sliced veggies for dipping and it was delicious. You cannot compare this to store bought French Onion dip, and I converted it to low fat by using all fat free ingredients!!
