I think that Rachel was trying to come up with something novel when she thought of this idea. This might trick a picky kid into eating some fruit, but for most everyone else, kid or not, what's wrong with putting the fruit in a small cup and bringing plastic forks to spear the fruit? Or how about the classic fruit kabob? Much smarter, and less messy way to eat cut up fruit, don't you think?

These were tasty but very messy. They should be eaten within a few hours as the jam and juices start to soak through.

I don't know what it was but I was really not impressed by this one. I do recommend making sure that you cut the fruit into smaller pieces than she demonstrated on the show they aren't so hard to eat that way.
