Troublesome to make, but the flavor was worth it! Had some trouble with the cheese not melting in the middle, so just fry till golden and microwave for 10 seconds.

Fairly difficult to cook correctly and have them stay together. Make sure you keep get the oil back up to temperature before you put in your second batch or else they will absorb the oil and come out poorly

They were tasty, but very greasy and fell apart easily

a really nice version of fried mozzarella. Caution: I forgot to beat the eggs with milk for the first batch, so the egg didn't stick to the mozzarella and the mozzarella didn't keep it's shape. The second time, I added the milk, and the dish came out beautifully.

Why is it that this recipe got such a good review, and Sandra Lee's mozz. nuggets got such a bad review, when it seems like the same recipe, except that rachel used real mozz. and Sandra used string cheese. I have not yet made these, i just wanted to know if anyone knew the difference.

My first time making these. Double coating prevents most meltdowns. Tased excellent but keep them hot!
