    Everything about this recipe was great. It was the hit of the party.
    Make sure not to turn the cheese cubes over in the hot oil or they will melt too much.
    The sauce was fab as well

    I made these for a party I recently had, and they were a huge hit! I made tons of them, but there wasn't a single one left an hour into the party. Next time I'll make more!

    they were really messy and dirtied a lot of plates. I finally got the hang of it and got the temp right about midway through. They were quite yummy though!

    Thesebites are great!!!! Easy and quick to prepare. Bestest flavor ever, kids on up loved them. Aregular at our home now!! Thanks Rachel

    When I fried the bites, the cheese seeped out of everyone of them... I am a very experienced cook and followed the recipe exactly as written. Any ideas what I did wrong would be appreciated. Even so, the flavor was terrific.

    Great recipe. The dipping sauce is the best. I didnt include the pepper and the tomatoes I put in a food processor to make smaller, and the sauce was really tasty!

    I tried this recipe - only with the regular Mozzarella, and it was great. I had tried making mozzarella sticks before and it was messy trying to flip the long sticks, and it took a long time to coat the sticks. It wasn't that hard really, but Rachael's idea of mozz. bites made it that much easier. 5 stars!
