You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 2 large, ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries, slightly defrosted in microwave, just to break up the block a bit
  • 2 cups sliced frozen peaches, slightly defrosted in microwave, just to break up the block a bit
  • 2 cups strawberry banana lowfat custard yogurt
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

In half-batches, combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. The frozen fruits will make the smoothies extra cold and frothy, too!

    delish used blueberries instead of peaches but when i finished it needed a little sugar so i put 3 teaspoons

    I thought this might be too many fruit flavors, but it was great! No strawberry banana yogurt at store, so I used half strawberry half vanilla.

    WE MAKE THESE ALL THE TIME.SOMETIMES CHANGE THE FRUITS UP FOR A LITTLE VARIETY.
