If you like mojitos and/or lime daquiris, you will love this. I used mainly the limeade, but found that you really needed at least a spoonful or two of the sherbet to make it have the right consistency. With the limeade alone, the mint tended to segregate to the top.

This was very good and perfect for summer! Those that don't/can't use rum...try rum extract. It tasted just as good using the extract!

These were delicious. Perfect for a hot sunny day. All of my guests wanted the recipe. I will make these again and again.

No more slaving away at parties making mojitos by hand! Making one or two mojitos the regular way is no biggie, but have a party and you'll be standing there making them all night. These slushes are perfect for parties and taste great (I'm Cuban and picky about my mojitos--these are better than most of the ones I get in restaurants. The recipe is great as is, but you may want to start with half the mint and add the rest to taste. I added more rum to mine because I like to taste the rum... Fortunately, experimenting with this recipe is fun! Also, be sure to use the LARGE(12ozcans of limeade. A keeper!

The recipe calls for too much mint. The mint came through too strong. Also the rum was a little bitter
