I made this for my Easter brunch and it was a big hit! I don't much care for champagne....but this combination is wonderful. Even my son who owns a nightclub asked to see the recipe.

Awesome alternative, fresh and yummy. I used a lemonwedge around the rim and then dipped in sugar. These are very sweet, so a little goes a long way.

Everyone LOVES these! Experiment with different sorbet. Mango mixed with peach is awesome. But you can also use strawberry, rasberry, anything. Add some frozen fruit to the mix as well. You just can't go wrong with this one! (and I use the cheap $3 bottle of champagne!

I used it for new year's eve toast. Everyone loved it. Couldn't taste the alcohol. Delicious.

Don't let this one sit around too long because the champagne and sorbet begin to separate but overall it's fun, trendy, and delicious.

Almost like a Bellini drink but with sorbet.

Good, refreshing drink. make sure the champagne is cold. The sherbet (sorbet is not enough to make the drink slushy on it's own

This recipe was pretty good. The champagne dominated the flavor of it, so it's good for those with a taste for alcohol.
