    I made what I call a Harvest Moon Sundae. I had strawberry flavored moon pies that I used. I used vanilla ice cream, strawberry ice cream topping, It was a hit. I have also used the banana flavored moon pies, vanilla ice cream an caramel topping. That one was my mom's favorite. I know it is simple but sometimes when you are cooking something that is time consuming this dessert is easy and who doesn't love ice cream?
