Easy, but average. Not a keeper.

I've been making this recipe, pretty much as offered, for a couple of years now and it is consistently a favorite of everyone. I like the idea of adding black olives or something to "make it my own" and occasionally try that too.

I get a kick out of some people saying they don't like it... and then say they substituted half the ingredients! Sheesh.

The real thing is referring to a really cheesy pizza. My son loves cheese pizza, but he did not like this one. He's only six years old, but he is a fan of the Food Network. This pizza does not have enough flavor. Okay, we did not use the cream cheese, but we added sun dried tomatoes to give it flavor and used pizza sauce for dipping. Also, I did not like the ricotta cheese. I will not be making this again. My son said it was terrible.

ok its totally a 5 star if you zest it up and make it your. Add all the good veggie toppings, or weird stuff, I did greek olives and gyro meat, yum!!

I had no issues with the cheese bubbling over, the crust I put a little olive oil on and pepper, and cooked it plain, it was great, keeper

This recipe is good, not you average pizza. You can taste the lemon zest, but it isn't overpowering. The next time I make it, I may do like others and add a sauce with it or It would probably be excellent with a good dipping sauce.

I have made this pizza at least five times and everyone who tries it wants the recipe. I followed exactly and made sure I used sharp provolone and it was perfect. Hot from the oven or room temperature - both are equally as good - as an appetizer or an entree.

I made this pizza for a group of friends, and even though I burnt the bottom of the crust a little bit, it got devoured. I followed the recipe pretty closely. I couldn't find the exact cheese for the topping so I just used a bag mix of provolone and mozzarela, it was delicious! I had no problem with the cheese mixture being runny or not fitting onto the crust like I read in other reviews. I used a store-bought dough, Philsbury, that was really tasty although I prefer to use fresh dough.

the dough wasn't crispy or cooked enough for me. I would cook the dough for 10 mins and then put the toppings on and cook for another 10 mins.
