Hands down the best garlic bread I've ever had. I also added some chopped oregano and parsley for some more flavor, and very delicious paired with chicken parmesan or spaghetti. A no-fail recipe that takes no longer than 5 mins and is extremely good!

I ended up coming across this recipe while heating up leftovers, and must agree with some of my fellow critics here that it was arguably the best garlic bread i've ever made. I was in a hurry trying to construct the best tasting garlic toast all while my leftovers frantically sizzled to completion when it hit me..."What would Rachael Do?" Flew over to the ol' PC and checked out the usual go to website to find this perfect recipe! How perfect...infusing the butter sauce with fresh garlic and topping it off with a lil' parm and parsley....sooo good! Not gonna lie I like a little kick so I also sprinkled a little crushed red pepper. Turned out perfect....next time I think I'm going to use a combo of spices, ie. italian seasoning. None the less great taste and super easy! Thank you Rachel...we appreciate it!

I was asked to take garlic bread to a friend's dinner party and didn't want to show up with the usual boring recipe. The day before the party I did a trial run with this recipe and one by Emeril. I have to say Emeril's was good, but this one was amazing! This is the best garlic bread I've ever tasted, and it's so easy to make.

I made 6 loaves of this bread for a large family gathering, and it was a big hit! The cheese is what makes this better than other garlic breads!

The grated cheese on top is the kicker!
I doubled the garlic amount as I LOVE garlic and used Smart Balance in place of the butter to reduce cholesterol. I minced the garlic fine with a little kosher salt using my chef's knife and it was a breeze!
Fast and easy recipe that I have ever encountered!

I'm not a big fan of crusty bread, so I thought this recipe would work with pretty much anything. I followed the super easy instructions and added the butter to my wheat bread. Then I added some sun-dried tomato and basil seasoning and parmasean cheese and it was PERFECT!!!

I used this recipe last night for a dinner party. Everyone loved it. I omitted the parsley and cheese--just forgot to add it. Brushed french loaf with butter before baking in the oven. I was surprised how good and garlicky the flavor was for such a quick recipe.

Yum-o! I used Romano cheese on this bread and it was a complete hit for my Sunday night football guests. It's a keeper.
