    Doubled recipe for a buffet for 30. Used huge loaves of French bread with grated romano cheese. It disappeared.

    I bought a loaf that had a cheese topping for this bread. It is amazing how the garlic taste gets infused into the butter in a minute in the microwave. I sprinkled parmesan on both halves and topped only one half with the parsley so that my young kids wouldn't be turned off. This is great and highly recommend it!
