I added Ms.Dash to the seasoning of the steak and it turned out great!

this is one of my fave steak recipes to make. i like to use roasted red and yellow peppers that have been marinated in garlic and evoo just to keep that garlic flavor throughout the dish. very good i would recommend.

This was really yummy. I added extra garlic and bottled bell peppers but it was excellent

I followed the recipe as stated, with the exception of serving over the bread... I was just afraid the bread would get overly soggy. Preparation was simple, yet yielded superb results!

This steak is absolutely delicious. Very easy to make. My family loved it. The steak was so juicy and the bread just soaked it all up! The only thing different is I used McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning instead of salt/pepper!

This steak was so good when i tried it for the 1st and 2nd time and i plan to make it again and again...i am not really a cook so was a little so scared to eat it so i had my boyfriend try it out first before i ate it because he would eat anything and he said that it was great and when i first took a bite i was so happy...Thats all i wanna make now is that steak, if i can make it everyday i would...i was so good with A1 sauce drizzled on top...i left out the red peppers tho...i never had carmalized onions before they was so good an sweet and really topped off the whole meal

I was a little scared to prepare this recipe but I'm so glad that I did. My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. The onion and roasted red pepper mixture turn out great and with the drizzle of garlic and buter sauce. I will definitely make this recipe again. Thank Rachel - Love your show.

OMG......this was amazing. The only change I made was cutting the recipe in half for me and my husband. I am thinking he wished I didn't. I used a cast iron griddle and I did have to cook 3 minutes on 1 side and 13 on the other for medium rare but my steaks may have been more than 1" thick. The key is to flip with tongs (not a fork and let it rest on board for 2 minutes to redistribute the juices. I wouldn't change a thing. Toasted seminola on bottom is the best....thanks Rachael.

I made this for our Thanksgiving meal and it was wonderful. I felt sorry for everyone that was eating turkey. The only change I made was to leave out the roasted pepper, but added a little fresh thyme and fresh dill to the onions. I will be making this again soon.
