I have been making this recipe for years. It is a family favorite. As Rachael would say "Yum-O". The first time I made it my daughters said it was a "keeper".

Delicious, tender, and flavorful. Fresh rosemary from our garden was my inspiration for cooking this recipe. I only made a single serving (hubby working tonight and used an 8x8 baking dish. I marinated the cutlets for about half an hour beforehand. Stayed pretty true to the recipe with these additions: I used a Spicy Montreal seasoning, added some red pepper flakes, and used chicken stock. Cooked the recommended time and spooned the sauce over the chicken after bringing it out of the oven. Served over whole grain Brown and Wild Rice. Poured the remaining pan sauce over chicken and rice. This dinner was only 476 calories! And soo tasty. Definitely a keeper.

One of our favorites -- always serve it the same way: with cream corn and steamed green beans - delicious!

Made this twice, it was amazing. 1st time was best, I used small dark meat pieces. The second time was a bit dry, my fault for using giant, uncut breasts. Goes really well with carrots in OJ, brown sugar, and ginger, and sweet potato fries! I made the sauce with the wine and it was so good, would also recommend rice to go with the delicious sauce.

Thirty minutes to delicious! This made for a fast family meal but would be company-worthy as well.
