This chicken was on hit - no leftovers - quick and easy to make. I definitely recommend this recipe for all.

I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and chicken broth because I didn't have any wine. It was excellent! The chicken was very juicy and tender, and the flavor was very good. It's hard to believe that it was so easy to make by just tossing a few ingredients in a pan and baking. I served with brown basmati rice with a little of the juice poured over it. I'll make this one again.

Fabulous chicken recipe--had fresh, light flavor. Great for company or as part of a summer meal!

I loved this recipe. I took a gamble and tried it for the first time when I had my very picky mother over for dinner. She loved it and even had seconds!! I will definately add this to my regular dinner rotation.

I have made this recipe, along with the other two recipes in the same episode twice, the first time I tried them and had a neighbor over for supper, we turned on the TV to watch Rachael preparing the same thing we were enjoying. That was a first for me!
For dessert, we enjoyed Breyer's French Vanilla ice cream with fresh berries.
Thanks for an easy, tasty treat idea. The following week, I made it again for my Mom and the same neighbor. Again, rave reviews! Both times, I used the leftover juices from the cooked chicken to prepare instant rice to serve with the leftovers. I usually don't use instant rice, but my stepdaughter left a box here from when she lived with us.
Also, this last time, I fed six people the original meal, made a sandwich for my daughter for school with the chicken, made two big sandwiches (on sourdough with a side of the pesto potatoes for lunch yesterday, and tonight fed four more people the leftovers, including the rice. So, this meal provided TWELVE meals. That's good value. Thank you very much.

When Rachel said that this would taste like it had roasted all day, I really wanted to try it. She was right, my family ate this so fast that next time I'll have to double the recipe.

My family cannot tolerate too much garlic so I tried cutting the amount down a little. It was still too garlicky but I can try a smaller amount next time. I loved the rosemary and the lemon touches.

This recipe was great! The prep was quick and easy and the ingredients are things I always have in the kitchen. The chicken took a little longer to cook than the recipe said and the house smelled like garlic for the rest of the night but, the chicken was so juicy and tender that it was worth it! This is a dish I plan on making often.

Made this last night for dinner and it is really terrific. The aroma alone is worth it! The only thing I would do differently next time is to keep the rosemary on the stalk rather than pull it off because I personally find the little rosemary pieces annoying to remove while eating. I would add even more lemon too. The flavors are superb and so quick to make. Once again Rachel never dissappoints. Try this one, you'll be glad you did!
