This was one of the best and most flavorful chicken dishes I've had. Quick and easy. I will be making it again soon.

This recipe was so fast and really really delicous. We started watching the program and when I saw her making the chicken, I started making it and had it in the oven and cooking way before the show was over. It was great. The lemon and wine at the end make a fabulous sauce that's great spooned over mashed potatoes or rice...

This recipe was so simple to make and simply delicious to eat. Ate it with couscous made with chicken broth and some spices and parm. cheese and you just must have some crusty bread to sop up the pan juices. A+++

Finally, roasted chicken with tons of flavor that doesn't take over an hour in the oven. Thank you Rachael! For a side, I served it with brown and wild rice that I added the same flavors to (dried rosemary, though and some of the lemon zest before cooking. It was a nice alternative to white potatoes and the flavors matched. I'll be making this recipe over and over again, no doubt. So quick!

This was an excellent and easy dinner. I felt like a professional chef. My family raved and my daughter chose this for her birthday dinner.
