One of the best chicken receipes that I've tried. I omitted some things such as black pepper and lemon zest and Montreal Seasoning and chicken broth or wine. For seasoning I used 1/2 teas.-1 teas. onion powder with 3/4 tablespoon of paprika for seasoning chicken and pan sauted chicken with lid on then off to finish. It was a wonderful flavor. Thanks Rachel.

Good fast, tasty food. BTW, what's the stoush between RR and Anthony Bourdain all about? He often talks about her in his shows!

As someone who rarely cooks, I jumped on the site to find something I could whip up really quick since I had some chicken breasts on hand. This recipe was really easy to make and tasty!

Wow, made this with fresh rosemary and oregano from my herb garden, baked it at 400 degrees for 45 min. and basted a couple of times. Great with buttered noodles, the sauce is very rich and tasty. Definitely a do again recipe-5 minutes of prep and pop it in the oven.

Delicious and so easy to make. I'm not much of a cook (or at least, not a great cook as I can hardly follow a recipe but I was able to make this and it was huge hit. The chicken turned out perfect - moist and flavorful. I accidently put my lemon juice in with the chicken before I out into the oven so I added a little more (maybe a tablespoon when I added the chicken broth. The recipe is fool proof and great if you tend to overcook chicken because you just can't mess this one up. Overall, it was very easy, very quick and delicious! I served the entree with RR's Pesto-Smashed Potatoes (also very easy and tasty, RR's Southen Green Beans, a green salad and RR's Quick Chocolate Banana Cream Pie for dessert.
